Corporate/Compliance Paralegal

This role provides legal and compliance support across our multi-state organization, including healthcare regulatory compliance, corporate entity management, litigation and claims tracking, and general legal matters. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities while handling confidential information. Prior experience in healthcare, dental, corporate law, or a multi-state organization is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

Regulatory & Compliance Support

• Assist with healthcare regulatory compliance matters and filings across multiple states
• Prepare, file, and track trademark applications, renewals, and DBA/fictitious name registrations
• Support entity formation, qualification, and ongoing maintenance, including annual reports, registered agent updates, and good standing certificates

Matter Tracking & File Management

• Maintain organized files and tracking logs for insurance claims, patient refunds and dismissals, litigation, contracts, and M&A matters
• Support contract drafting, redlines, execution tracking, and renewal monitoring
• Assist with M&A due diligence and closing document organization
• Monitor deadlines and proactively flag upcoming filings, renewals, and matter milestones
• Maintain corporate records and the entity database

General Legal Support

• Support day-to-day legal and corporate operations
• Coordinate with internal departments and outside counsel
• Oversee the annual Board of Directors election process and coordinate required updates and communications
• Assist with special projects and other legal matters as assigned

Education:

• Paralegal certificate from an accredited program
• Paralegal certificate from an accredited program
• 2–3 years of paralegal or related legal support experience
