NetSuite Billing Specialist Nashville, TN / Fully Onsite / 7:00 – 4:00 M-F Hourly Pay Range $25.00 – $34.00 Industry: Mechanical / Industrial Equipment & Services About the Opportunity – NetSuite Billing Specialist The Billing Specialist will support an accounting and receivables team during a system transition to NetSuite. This temporary assignment (approximately six months) plays a key role in maintaining billing accuracy while assisting with data migration and process improvements in a collaborative, onsite environment. Key Responsibilities – NetSuite Billing Specialist Support billing operations during a system migration to NetSuite Assist with data migration, validation, and reconciliation Generate, review, and process customer invoices accurately and on time Research invoices and purchase orders related to service billing Make invoice adjustments prior to sending invoices to customers Collaborate closely with Accounts Receivable and accounting team members Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to internal inquiries Maintain organized billing documentation and follow established procedures Qualifications – NetSuite Billing Specialist 3+ years of experience in billing and/or accounts receivable Hands‑on NetSuite experience required Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills Ability to multitask and adapt in a changing system environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Construction, service, or industrial billing experience preferred Comfortable working fully onsite in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting #J-18808-Ljbffr Creative Financial Staffing, LLC
