As a Product Delivery Associate, you will collaborate with local and internationally dispersed digital content management stakeholders to deliver and evolve industry-leading digital web and mobile experiences. Utilize a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, XML, Javascript, and workflow tools like Atlassian Jira and Confluence to support content production.Job responsibilitiesSupports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies.Contributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.Documents blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availability.Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines.Author, enter, and manage digital content in AEM and related tools, ensuring alignment with approved content requirements.Complete work requests using the Digital Secure Producer work plan, maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and accuracy.Analyze, diagnose, and resolve content-related and technical issues effectively.Leverage AI to find and create new ways to increase productivity and efficiency.
