Assistant Property Manager

Property Assistant Location: Rancho Dominguez, CA Temp to Hire, $20-22/hour DOE We are seeking a reliable and organized Assistant Property Manager to support daily office operations for a property management team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience handling resident communications and property files in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally Respond to emails and resident inquiries in a timely manner Audit and maintain resident files for accuracy and compliance Organize and manage park and property documentation Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed Support the property management team with day-to-day operations Maintain confidentiality of resident and company information Qualifications Previous property management experience highly preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication Bilingual Spanish is a plus Ability to work independently and in a team environment Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills Benefits For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AppleOne is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
