Sales and Marketing Analyst

BluePond AI is looking for a Sales & Marketing Analyst to join our go-to-market team. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real ownership early in their career — you'll work directly with senior leadership, help shape how we show up in the market, and see the direct impact of your work on pipeline and brand visibility. We're a AI native Insurance Technology company, fast-moving high energy, which means you'll wear multiple hats, learn quickly, and have a real say in strategy — not just execution. What You'll Do Digital Marketing (Primary Focus) Plan, create, and manage organic and paid campaigns across LinkedIn, X, and other social platforms Own SEO and GEO to improve our visibility in search and AI-driven discovery Manage digital advertising campaigns end-to-end — targeting, creative coordination, budget tracking, and optimization Build, send, and analyze email marketing campaigns (nurture, promotional, and newsletter) Support PR efforts and media relations — press releases, journalist outreach, and coverage tracking Events & Field Marketing Plan and execute BluePond-hosted events (webinars, meetups, customer events) Represent BluePond at industry conferences and trade shows Support lead generation efforts before, during, and after events Help build and manage relationships with event partners, media, and vendors What You Bring 3-7 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field Hands-on experience running social media and/or digital ad campaigns Familiarity with SEO fundamentals; interest in or exposure to GEO/AI search visibility a plus Comfort with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar) Strong written and verbal communication skills A self-starter mentality — you spot what needs to get done and go do it Willingness to travel for conferences and events Must be able to work on-site in Bridgewater, NJ Why BluePond AI Direct access to and mentorship from senior leadership Outsized ownership and visibility for a small, growing team Real career growth trajectory — help build our GTM function from the ground up A fast-paced environment where your ideas actually ship #J-18808-Ljbffr BluePond AI
