AP/AR Specialist - Construction | Zionsville, IN | $55K-$70K

What you'll do:

Oversee AP/AR processes , including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions
Reconcile accounts and research discrepancies
Assist with project costing and financial reporting support
Help maintain clean and accurate records for month-end close

What you bring:

2+ years of accounting, AP, or AR experience (construction experience is a plus)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams
