Rail Logistics Operator: Sand Loading & Car Handling

Smart Sand, Inc. is seeking team members for the Logistics Utility role at our Blair, WI facility. The position involves loading finished sand into railcars per MSHA safety standards, inspecting railcars, and assisting with yard operations under the Logistics Shift Supervisor. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, conduct switching experience or certification, and ability to troubleshoot Load Out processes.
