Renu, LLC is a turn-key renovation and restoration contractor serving the multifamily housing and hospitality and commercial industries. We specialize in full interior and exterior projects. Based in Texas and providing services throughout the country .

What You Will Be Doing
As a National Account Executive (NAE), you will be responsible for engaging in outside business development, which may require you to spend more than 50% of your working hours away from the office. The NAE will market Renu’s services to various clients which include but are not limited to: Property Managers, Asset Managers, Owner/Operators.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Understands construction materials and practices.
- Able to work on multiple projects at one time and manage time effectively.
- Develops, maintains, implements, and revises as necessary individual lead generation and business development activities.
- Acts as the company’s representative to ensure demands are met with a focus on improving overall customer experience.
- Able to negotiate jobs with the assistance of our Estimating team.
- Documents and maintains activities through CRM.
- Collaborates well with various internal departments to ensure requests are addressed.
- Collects and analyzes data to assess customer and market trends.
- Generate business leads and promotes across all Renu channels.
- Attends and assists in promotion of assigned nationally sponsored events, including tradeshows, golf tournaments, social events, luncheons, and any other assigned Renu marketing functions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 3-5 years of executive sales or marketing experience required.
- High School diploma or equivalent, college preferred.
- Background in multifamily renovation, hospitality and construction required.
- Must have dependable transportation
- Must have an existing book of business and loyal client base.
- Must be able to work effectively and efficiently in a dynamic, fast-moving, dead-driven environment
- Proficient with Microsoft word and excel
- Self-starter, embrace ambiguity, and bring their own uncompromising standards of excellence.
- Detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel within the United States. May require overnight travel at least 20% or more as needed.
