Senior Embedded Systems Engineer

To support the development of innovative sleep devices, the full-time Senior Embedded Systems Engineer will create and enhance firmware for baby and adult products, utilizing AI tools and collaborating across teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and ship new features and fixes for embedded systems, leveraging AI to improve delivery speed Lead the design and implementation of new product firmware and large-scale refactors while mentoring team members Enhance system observability and improve firmware reliability, stability, and developer experience Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in embedded engineering, particularly with C development on resource-constrained MCUs and RTOS Proven track record of delivering high-quality consumer products in a cost and schedule-constrained environment Strong understanding of automated testing processes and the ability to implement them effectively Experience with hardware-software integration and a passion for improving existing firmware Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Git/Github, and Python, along with a willingness to explore new technologies
