Hotel General Manager

A well-established branded hotel in the Plattsburgh, NY market is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead all aspects of hotel operations. Key Responsibilities Lead daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and brand compliance. Manage hotel profitability through budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, and expense control. Monitor labor, inventory, and operational performance metrics. Participate in sales, revenue management, and marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and revenue growth. Maintain brand standards and successfully lead quality assurance inspections. Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements as needed. Manage staffing levels, employee performance, and retention efforts. Provide hands‑on leadership and ensure consistent execution of hotel policies and procedures. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of hotel leadership experience (will consider an AGM, GM, DOS, or similar leadership experience). Strong knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management. Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
