LOGIX Project Management Analyst (Project Management Analyst 2)

Logix Project Management AnalystHII's Mission Technologies division is seeking a Project Management Analyst who will support government contracting operations by overseeing project tracking, financial analysis, and operational coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a commitment to supporting mission success, through efficient project execution and operational excellence.Essential Job Responsibilities:Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reportsAssesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectivesDevelops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clientsOversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line managementAssist in developing contract required products to include technical directions plans, rough order of magnitude pricing and management of the risk registerMinimum Qualifications:3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience4+ years of experience supporting complex technical projects and or programs within the Department of Defense (DOD)Proficiency with Microsoft Project and other project management softwareStrong organization and analytical skills with attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong understanding of tools like MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPointExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with a functionally diverse teamStrong working knowledge of DOD project management standards, risk management practices and compliance requirementsClearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearancePreferred Requirements:Clearance: Possess and maintains a Secret ClearanceProject Management Professional or other project management certificationFamiliarity with DOD-specific project management methodologies, process and reporting tools such as MS ProjectsThe listed salary range for this role is intended as a good faith estimate based on the role's location, expectations, and responsibilities.
