Housing Opportunities Commission
Housing Opportunities Commission (HOC) in Montgomery County seeks a Compliance Specialist to oversee federal, state and local housing program compliance across our Housing Resources, Resident Services and Property Management divisions. You will review Davis-Bacon certified payrolls, manage a portfolio of 800+ units, participate in audits, provide data analyses, prepare reports and trainings, and recommend corrective actions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
