We encourage qualified individuals from all backgrounds to apply.**Responsibilities*** Contact customers via phone or email to follow up on overdue payments and negotiate payment arrangements.* Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies or disputes, collaborating with internal departments such as sales and accounting.* Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, including correspondence, payment detail, and account adjustments.* Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to collections and debt recovery.**Qualifications*** Proficient in Excel and willing to learn new systems to assist the department* Good customer service skills* Ability to work independently and in small groups.**Salary** (in USD)$20 to22Per Hour
