Consumer & Community Bank Digital Assets and Blockchain Solutions, Strategy & Partnerships Analyst

The Chase Digital Assets and Blockchain Solutions team is responsible for delivering next‑generation banking solutions to Chase customers. As a new organization, you will help shape the vision, execute the strategy and wear many hats. The team has three primary functions: working with lines of business on digital asset strategy; building connections to the external ecosystem of startups and established companies in the crypto ecosystem; and executing new products via internal builds, partnerships and acquisitions. As an Analyst on the Consumer & Community Bank Digital Assets team, you will play a key role in strategy, growth, and execution of new business opportunities across crypto, blockchain and digital assets. You will work closely with lines of business to evaluate how the financial ecosystem is changing, assess implications for Chase, and determine what products and partnerships will deliver value for Chase’s customers. You should have deep knowledge of the crypto / blockchain ecosystem, outstanding analytical skills, the ability to build strong relationships, and a passion for consumer financial services. Job Responsibilities Collaboratively develop partnership strategy with lines of business, including identifying key elements, completing analysis, and making recommendations. Work cross‑functionally with Chase, JPMC, and external partners to identify, negotiate, and execute key partnerships and acquisitions that drive business results and support strategy. Develop and help deliver proposals with lines of business, including overall vision, economics, and product definition. Work in conjunction with finance, legal and other partners to develop financial business cases, product constructs and key terms associated with partnerships or acquisitions. Monitor external environment for important competitive developments and potential partnership opportunities and communicate broadly to key line of business partners as necessary. Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills Bachelor's degree. 2+ years of experience in the crypto / blockchain / digital assets ecosystem with a focus on financial services. 2+ years of strategy, partnership or deal execution experience. Experience formulating business strategy, structuring problems, completing analysis, and making recommendations. Project management experience in a cross‑functional environment. Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new or ambiguous situations without significant assistance. Deep analytical skills, including understanding of common financial statements and building financial models in Excel. Exceptional written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate with senior internal and external stakeholders. Sense of urgency and a demonstrated career of successful partnership and/or deal execution. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills Experience in crypto / blockchain / digital assets within financial services. Experience in consumer financial services/banking.
