Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Scott, LA, is looking for a passionate, results-driven Director of Sales to join our team. As the Director of Sales, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth for the hotel. This position requires a strong ability to meet sales targets through both inside and outside sales efforts, while managing and expanding guest room and meeting space rentals. Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales with daily inside and outside sales calls to maximize revenue across all market segments
Ensure all hotel information on websites, marketing materials, and ads are accurate
Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain and enhance the hotel's online presence and promotional content
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to boost hotel performance
Manage sales and marketing budgets to meet revenue goals
Represent the hotel at local events, including Chamber of Commerce and CVB meetings
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, negotiating and closing sales deals
Prepare weekly reports on sales performance, highlighting growth opportunities and client base expansion
Analyze sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and programs

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of relevant sales experience, hospitality preferred
Strong sales, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales tools
Ability to travel locally and meet clients
Access to reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits:

$65,000 - $70,000 total compensation (base + bonus)
