Senior Java Developer

Work Mode : Onsite (5 days work from office)
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Java Developer with strong experience in building cloud-native enterprise applications, microservices, APIs, and integration solutions. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in modern Java technologies and have practical experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or equivalent platforms to accelerate software delivery, improve code quality, automate testing, and enhance developer productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications and microservices.
- Build scalable RESTful APIs and event-driven services supporting loyalty platform integrations.
- Develop reusable frameworks and components aligned with enterprise standards.
- Ensure high code quality through unit testing, static code analysis, and peer reviews.
- Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical recommendations.
Integration Development
- Design and implement integrations between:
- Salesforce Loyalty Cloud
- Partner platforms
- Loyalty applications
- Middleware platforms
- Enterprise systems
- Develop APIs and integration services using modern design principles.
- Support real-time and batch-based integrations.
- Implement messaging and event-driven architectures.
AI-Assisted Engineering
- Leverage Cursor AI to:
- Generate production-ready code
- Accelerate feature development
- Create unit and integration test cases
- Perform code refactoring
- Conduct impact analysis
- Automate documentation generation
- Establish AI-assisted coding best practices within the team.
- Validate and optimize AI-generated code before deployment.
- Contribute to AI adoption and productivity improvement initiatives within the program.
- Measure and report engineering productivity gains from AI tools.
DevOps & Automation
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement automated testing practices.
- Support deployment and release activities.
- Participate in production support and defect resolution.
- Drive automation across build, testing, and deployment activities.
Agile Delivery
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, QA teams, and Business Analysts.
- Provide accurate effort estimations and technical assessments.
- Mentor junior developers and support technical capability building.
