Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay Rate: $135,626.50 USD (average rate for experienced providers)

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient and occasional inpatient oncology consultations
• Administer chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and supportive care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including oncologists and nurses
• Participate in cancer support services and clinical trials
• Manage patient care using electronic health record (EPIC) systems
• Educate and support patients and their families through treatment processes
• Follow safety protocols and maintain confidentiality

What You Need

• Current license/certification as an NP or PA in Oregon
• Prior experience in oncology or related field preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment

Situated as the largest hospital on the southern coast of Oregon, our facility is committed to serving a diverse community of over 320,000 residents. The role involves providing high-quality outpatient oncology care at the state-of-the-art Bay Area Hospital Cancer Center, affiliated with Oregon Health & Sciences University and OHSU Knight Cancer Network. The facility features a new 19-chair infusion room, in-house pharmacy, nurse navigation, radiation oncology, and labs, backed by a collegial team dedicated to patient-centered care.
