What You'll Do:

• Perform accounting and reporting for alternative investments, including LPs, fixed income, equities, and derivatives
• Apply GAAP equity and cost methods as well as STAT principles
• Reconcile general ledgers, capital balances, unfunded commitments, and cash positions
• Prepare and review regulatory reports (e.g., Schedule BA) and monthly/quarterly reporting packages
• Analyze non-financial data for regulatory requirements
• Identify process improvements and support implementation
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders
• Document and cross-train on processes

What You'll Bring:

• 3–5 years' experience in alternative investment or insurance accounting
• BS in Accounting; CPA preferred
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP, STAT, IFRS, and LP accounting methods
• Proficiency in Excel; strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines

Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. Massachusetts: The expected base salary for the position is between 55000 USD to 110000 USD.
