Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Paid Advertising Specialist to join our growing paid media team. This is a full-time W-2 position responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for multiple clients across Google Ads, Google Local Services Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads. This is a performance-driven role where your work directly impacts client growth, client retention, and the continued growth of our agency. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving performance, and taking ownership of the accounts they manage. What You Will Do As a Paid Advertising Specialist, you will: Manage and optimize 15-20 paid media accounts Monitor campaigns against established KPIs Analyze cost per lead, cost per booked appointment, and customer acquisition cost Optimize budgets, bidding strategies, campaign structure, keywords, audiences, and ad creative Review search terms and identify new opportunities Troubleshoot tracking and conversion issues Identify performance trends before they become larger problems Present data-driven recommendations Communicate campaign performance clearly with internal team members Help improve both lead quantity and lead quality Once you own an account, we expect you to know what is working, what is not, and what should happen next. Platforms & Tools You should be comfortable working with: Google Ads Google Local Services Ads Microsoft Ads Meta Ads Google Ads Editor GA4 Google Tag Manager CallRail ClickUp Slack Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus but not required. Success Looks Like Success in this role means: Campaigns consistently perform at or below KPI targets Performance issues are identified early Clients receive thoughtful, data-driven recommendations Lead quality and campaign efficiency continue to improve Multiple accounts are managed without important details falling through the cracks We care about outcomes more than activity. Qualifications You should have: 3+ years of paid media experience Strong Google Ads experience Experience with Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads Experience managing real advertising budgets Strong understanding of lead generation Ability to evaluate performance beyond platform metrics Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work Eastern Time business hours Preferred Experience Home services marketing Google Local Services Ads Offline conversion tracking Revenue attribution Landing page optimization Conversion rate optimization (CRO) ServiceTitan Compensation & Benefits Salary: Starting at $65,000, depending on experience Performance Bonus: Based on individual and department performance.
