Quality Manager Chanhassen, MN | Direct Hire | $100k - $125k Konik is partnering with a local custom manufacturer seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead compliance and quality initiatives. In this role, you'll be the lead in maintaining andimproving quality systems, driving compliance initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role oversees Quality and Compliance programs aligned with AS9100/ISO9001 standards and CMMC initiatives. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure regulatory alignment, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Quality Manager Responsibilities: Quality System Oversight Maintain and lead an audit-ready AS9100/ISO9001 Quality Management System Oversee compliance with REACH, RoHS, sustainability, and environmental reporting Manage document control, record retention, and quality records Coordinate internal and external audits; act as Management Representative for QMS Ensure customer communication related to quality is timely and accurate Continuous Improvement & Compliance Analyze audit findings and QMS data to drive process improvements Manage the Quality, Compliance, and CI teams; conduct internal audits and GEMBA walks Ensure effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Support ITAR registration and CMMC certification efforts Review contracts, flow-downs, and technical documentation for compliance and capability Leadership & Training Train and mentor teams on QMS requirements, root cause analysis, and corrective actions Oversee inspection processes and enforce standards across materials and products Develop and maintain SOPs related to quality and compliance Quality Manager Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; ASQ Certification preferred 5+ years in Quality or Compliance roles within manufacturing 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role Experience with AS9100, ISO9001, ITAR, blueprint reading, and inspection processes Familiarity with CMMC is a plus Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) Paid Time Off Short and Long Term disability Voluntary Life Insurance 401k with Employer Match / Contribution ESOP Be the first to learn about future positions by joining our Newsletter and following us on LinkedIn!
