Lead Cloud Engineer

Leading hands-on cloud implementation and technical ownership, the full-time Lead Cloud Engineer will deliver secure, scalable, and reliable cloud environments while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead the implementation and operationalization of cloud solutions, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery throughout the project lifecycle Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure across networking, compute, storage, identity, and platform services Establish and enforce a strong cloud security posture through the implementation of cloud-native security services and access controls Required qualifications Expert-level knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, including compute, storage, databases, and Kubernetes 10+ years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering, platform architecture, or related technical disciplines Proven experience designing and operationalizing scalable cloud environments for enterprise applications Hands-on experience implementing cloud-native security controls and governance frameworks Significant experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and CI/CD practices
