Position Overview

We are seeking a Facility Coordinator to support day-to-day workplace operations in a professional office environment. This role is heavily focused on front desk support, guest services, event coordination, facilities administration, vendor management, and office maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct guests to meeting rooms and office locations.
• Coordinate office events, including room setup and breakdown.
• Assist with routine facility maintenance and repair requests.
• Work with vendors and service providers for cleaning, security, landscaping, and maintenance services.
• Maintain facility records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
• Support procurement, supply ordering, and inventory management.
• Assist with office moves, space planning, and workplace reconfigurations.
• Coordinate support services including catering, parking, and building access.
• Ensure facilities operations comply with health and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative, facilities, hospitality, office coordination, or workplace services experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and mobile devices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating vendors, work orders, or office services is preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or building systems is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds overhead.
• Comfortable moving furniture, supplies, and event materials as needed.
