The Sales/Esitmator role focuses on directly engaging with customers to maximize sales in a local market through in-person and field sales approaches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, presenting products effectively, generating leads, and closing sales while providing ongoing customer support. Sales targets and performance are reviewed weekly to ensure consistent progress and success.

Salary + Commission = HIGH EARNING POTENTIAL!!!!

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in face-to-face interactions to understand needs and present solutions
• Generate new sales leads within the local territory
• Close sales by effectively addressing customer concerns and negotiating terms
• Conduct follow-ups to maintain customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Support customers post-sale with any product inquiries or issues
• Estimate costs and pricing to assist customers in decision-making

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in construction sales or a similar field
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Comprehensive product knowledge
• Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sales techniques
