Take a walk, grab a bite (or a cup of coffee), work out or get a check-up – we invest in you so you can find your inspiration.The primary purpose of this role is to lead a team of inside sales representatives who will grow spend of underserved or inactive Pro customers who are currently not assigned to outside reps or pro-desk associates. This will be accomplished by building relationships with Pro customers and leveraging opportunities to deploy product and account management solutions, resulting in sales gains. Inside sales managers manage the day-to-day operations of Lowe's inside sales team. They train inside sales associates, prepare regular sales forecasts, and ensure that inside sales associates complete a set number of tasks per day.Essential functions:Provides leadership to the team by attracting and hiring talented individuals, setting goals, and communicating clear expectations, providing timely and constructive feedback as well as meaningful developmental opportunities, managing performance, providing resources and support as needed, and sponsoring and leading team members through changeHolds weekly team meetings and 1:1s with the teamAccountable for the growth of the overall team's portfolio to drive Pro sales and meet all assigned sales objectivesAttends virtual customer visits with sales rep to provide coachingProactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer requirements and satisfaction by engaging key customer accounts in conjunction with sales personnel managed. Provides a management-level point of contact for key customers. Builds and maintains strong customer relationshipsBuilds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key leadership positionsEstablishes productive relationships with field partners based on frequent communication, collaboration, and the effective allocation of time and resourcesRecommends and implements improvements to current sales processes and procedures as neededAddresses and resolves customer issues to drive customer satisfactionEnsures inside sales team are utilizing all tools to manage their portfolios included but not limited to CRMMinimum requirements:High school diploma or equivalent5 years of experience in sales management in a leadership capacity3 years of experience with MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint3 years of CRM experiencePreferences:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experienceAbout Lowe'sLowe's Companies, Inc.
