\nWe are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to an adult and/or family patient population. This role emphasizes continuity of care, preventive medicine, and chronic disease management in a well-supported, patient-centered clinical setting. \n

Key Responsibilities \n
\n
\n

\n
• Provide comprehensive primary care including preventive services, acute visits, and chronic disease management 
\n
• Diagnose and manage common medical conditions across adult and family populations 
\n
• Conduct annual wellness visits and age-appropriate health screenings 
\n
• Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services as needed 
\n
• Interpret diagnostic tests and develop evidence-based treatment plans 
\n
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the electronic medical record 
\n
• Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modification, and wellness 
\n

\n
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school 
\n
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency 
\n
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine 
\n
• Eligible for or able to obtain Oregon medical licensure 
\n
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills 
\n
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered primary care 
\n

• Setting: 100% outpatient
\n
• Schedule: Monday–Friday with flexible hours between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
\n
• On-Call: Limited to after-hours telephone coverage only (no in-person weekend call) 
\n
• Openings: Multiple positions available with urgent hiring needs
