Sanitation Worker 3rd Shift $19/hr!

Job Description

Join our team as a Sanitation Worker at a Food Production Plant in Nashville, where you will be an integral part of maintaining cleanliness and hygiene on the 3rd Shift. Your working hours will be from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Perform sanitization of the plant including floors, belts, and machinery.
• Conduct master sanitization tasks covering areas such as the dock, warehouse, dry mixer, and wet mixer.
• Follow the 7 Steps of Sanitation daily.
• Volunteer for weekend work when requested, which will focus on deep cleaning.

Essential Skills

• Experience in industrial sanitation and/or food production sanitation.
• Knowledge of the 7 Steps of Sanitation, including soil pick-up, rinsing, wet pick-up, detergent application, post-rinse, inspection, and sanitization.
• Ability to disassemble machinery and cover sensitive electronics during cleaning.

Work Environment

Work in a brand-new, climate-controlled food production plant with highly automated equipment. The facility operates under GMP standards and provides a comfortable environment with air conditioning and heating due to food and ingredient requirements. Expect on-the-job training and flexible shifts, with voluntary weekend work available for deep cleaning tasks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Nashville,TN.
