In this role, you will be responsible for accurately pulling and assembling customer orders for shipment, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, and meeting daily productivity targets. This is a physically active role in a fast-paced setting with opportunities for advancement.Receive and review pick tickets, work orders, or digital scanning instructions to locate and pull items from shelving, bins, and storage areasAccurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping while maintaining quality standardsOperate RF scanners, handheld devices, or warehouse management system (WMS) terminals to verify and record inventoryOperate powered industrial equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, or order picker forklifts (certification may be required or provided)Stage completed orders in designated shipping areas and label packages correctlyConduct cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies to supervisorsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA and company safety standardsMeet or exceed daily picking quotas and accuracy metricsAssist with receiving, restocking, and other warehouse duties as assignedWhat to ExpectAs you help Prisma's clients elevate and execute their marketing efforts, expect to thrive in a vibrant, inviting, state-of-the-art environment, known by a leadership team that is as invested in your career growth as it is in your personal well-being.Compensation & benefitsCompetitive hourly wage (commensurate with experience)Overtime opportunities availableHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and company holidays401(k) with company matchWork schedule7:00 am – 3:30 pm (Monday – Friday)QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDPrior warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience a plusAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout an 8–10 hour shiftComfortable working in varying temperature environments (cooler/freezer areas, outdoor docks)Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentBasic math and reading skills; ability to follow written and verbal instructionsForklift or powered equipment certification preferred (training available)Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
