Sun Chemical is seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented

Customer Account Analyst II

to serve as a trusted partner to our customers and internal teams. In this fully remote role, you'll manage a portfolio of customer accounts, drive exceptional service experiences, and play a critical role in ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. As a Customer Account Analyst II, you will: Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, serving as a primary point of contact for customer needs. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring a high level of service. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional business partners. Communicate proactively regarding order status, shipment updates, product availability, and other customer inquiries. Monitor open orders, shipments, and account activity to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Identify potential issues before they become problems and work collaboratively to resolve them. Manage customer interactions across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining a positive customer experience. Follow established processes and procedures to effectively manage exceptions and special requests. Support continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance service levels. What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required. 2-3 years of experience in a customer service, account management, order management, or business-to-business (B2B) environment. Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional support. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Ability to prioritize competing demands while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Preferred Qualifications

Experience using SAP or other ERP systems. Experience supporting customers within a manufacturing, chemical, industrial, or distribution environment. Bilingual proficiency in

English and French
