You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, take ownership of key processes, and contribute directly to how the business plans, evaluates, and grows.If you’re analytical, curious, and motivated to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to connect.What you'll do:Financial Reporting & AnalysisPrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support business unit performanceUtilize and maintain dashboards and reporting models that provide clear, actionable insightsEvaluate financial outcomes and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and growthBusiness Partnership & CollaborationPartner with finance and cross-functional teams to support operational and strategic initiativesTranslate complex financial data into clear, concise insights for non-finance stakeholdersRespond to ad hoc requests and evolving business needs with agility and accuracyPlanning & Process OwnershipSupport key FP&A cycles, including forecasting, planning, and performance trackingContribute to improvements in financial processes, including reporting and month-end close activitiesTake ownership of assigned workflows and continuously identify opportunities for optimizationAudit & ComplianceAssist with internal and external audit requests, ensuring timely and accurate deliverablesWhat we're looking for: Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field1–2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling is a plusProficiency in performing basic mathematical calculations.Clear communication skills with the ability to present financial information effectivelyPreferred Skills & AttributesUnderstanding of corporate finance or FP&A conceptsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environmentStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teamsSelf-starter mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownershipFamiliarity with presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint) is beneficial​Working Conditions:​​​Must be able work a hybrid model 3 days in office, 2 days remotely; subject to change in accordance to business needs.Professional, office environment.
