Leasing Consultant Duties And ResponsibilitiesAs the main person responsible for the daily dealings of a rental property, there are many duties and responsibilities a good Leasing Consultant should be able to take on. Some of the most common duties include:Renewing and renegotiating lease agreementsEnsuring tenants follow the rules and pay on timeResolving any issues raised by the tenantsEnsuring proper and safe maintenance of both the inside and outside of the buildingReviewing tenant applications and completing thorough background checks on prospective tenantsOverseeing and maintenance or repairs that are carried out on the premisesCreating regular reports for the landlordManaging the budgetPlease visit our careers page to see more job opportunities.
