We are seeking an experienced PASTRY PREP COOK who is focused on technique, attention to detail and a passion for the kitchen. This role will be assisting the pastry team in preparation of station set up, receiving and putting away deliveries, followings recipes and baking/cooking/preparing the pastry items for our menu.
Requirements/Qualifications: *Must possess a professional, positive demeanor and good communication skills*Excellent hygiene and grooming are requirements for this position
*Minimum of 3-5 years food industry/pastry experience is preferred
*Must be able to work independently with limited direct supervision
*Efficiency and organization are crucial, as well as listening attentively
*Must be able to stand for periods of up to four (4) hours in length. Must be able to reach, bend, kneel and frequently lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
