Assess emergency situations and determine appropriate actions based on protocols. Provide advanced medical care using equipment like defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen, suction devices, and IV fluids. Communicate effectively with patients and their families to offer reassurance and information. Act as team leader at scenes and manage units as needed. Collaborate professionally with healthcare and public safety personnel. Participate in community programs to enhance community relations and uphold the organization's image. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED. Hawaii State Paramedic License and Driver’s License. Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NREMT-Paramedic.
