What You'll Do

• Lead the annual budget and quarterly forecast process, partnering directly with department and executive leadership to build accurate, actionable financial plans and forecast
• Lead financial reporting and analysis for senior leadership, translating results into clear insights and recommendations
• Lead month end close deliverables, including reconciliations, reporting, and variance analysis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Serve as a key business partner to Commercial, Operations, and Accounting, building relationships and driving alignment on financial priorities
• Identify and lead process improvement and automation initiatives across budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Support ad hoc strategic analysis and special projects for the business and leadership

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) a plus
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or a related analytical role
• Advanced excel skills and experience with financial systems/ERP, strong PowerPoint proficiency
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders
• Curiosity to learn the logistics and customs brokerage industry, with interest in growing into broader financial leadership

Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000 per year
