Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of pre-litigation paralegals and support staff
• Oversee high-volume pre-litigation caseloads from intake through settlement
• Ensure best practices, workflows, and quality control across the team
• Collaborate with attorneys to drive case strategy and timely resolution
• Monitor and improve productivity metrics and team performance
• Assist with training, onboarding, and ongoing development of staff
• Maintain client communication standards and ensure exceptional service

MUST-HAVE Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

• Pre-Litigation experience (plaintiff-side strongly preferred) ✅
• Supervisory/management experience leading a team in a legal setting ✅
• Experience handling high-volume personal injury or similar caseloads
• Strong understanding of pre-litigation processes, case progression, and settlement
• Exceptional organization, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred

• Experience scaling or improving team processes/workflows
• Strong systems/technology proficiency (case management platforms)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
