What You'll Do:

• Document patient information accurately and efficiently
• Respond rapidly to emergent patient needs and emergencies
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health protocols
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning

What You Need:

• Kansas or compact state RN license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications
• 3+ years of ER experience (5+ preferred)
• Ability to work overnight shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills
