Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in Iowa.

What We’re Looking For

• Independent licensed clinicians in Iowa ready to see 15-21 sessions per week.
• Behavioral health generalists, open to seeing couples and children, with our support.
• Clinicians who value autonomy and also enjoy being part of a team.
• Individuals interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong character matters — we value integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LISW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist in Iowa.
• Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided.

Compensation

Up to $54,100, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
