One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring an experienced Lead HVAC Installer for our Kill Devil Hills, NC location. We're looking for someone who can run installs efficiently, lead a crew in the field, take pride in clean workmanship, and help maintain the level of quality our customers expect.

What You'll Do

• Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish
• Train and mentor install helpers and apprentices in the field
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to the company's standards
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the install process
• Maintain organized job sites, paperwork, and company vehicles

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience
• EPA Certification required
• Strong leadership, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus
