We are looking for a hands-on, high-impact Director of Operations to lead multiple restaurant locations in Reno, NV, develop exceptional teams, and help drive the continued growth of one of the fastest-growing fast casual brands in the country.

This is not a desk job. We are looking for a field leader who thrives in restaurants, inspires people through action, and knows how to drive operational excellence while building a strong culture.

What Youll Do
As Director of Operations, you will oversee multiple Capriottis locations and provide leadership to General Managers and restaurant teams across Reno, NV.

You will:

• Drive operational excellence and profitability across multiple restaurants
• Coach, mentor, and develop high-performing leaders and management teams
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience rooted in Capriottis service standards
• Lead recruiting, staffing, succession planning, and talent development efforts
• Analyze financial performance, budgets, labor, food cost, and operational KPIs
• Maintain accountability for food safety, sanitation, and brand compliance
• Partner with executive leadership to execute growth and operational initiatives
• Support restaurant openings, training, and ongoing business expansion
• Act as a culture champion and brand ambassador throughout your market

What Were Looking For

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant operations leadership experience
• Strong background in fast casual or high-volume restaurant operations
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop large teams
• Experience managing P&L performance, labor, and operational metrics
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned market

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree preferred
• Experience leading multiple markets or regions
• Experience scaling operations in a growing brand environment
