We're growing and looking for experienced MIG Welders/Fabricators who enjoy custom fabrication, structural steel, tanks, piping systems, ladders, stairs, and one-off projects. Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MIG and Flux-Core welds
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and fabrication prints
• Fabricate, fit, and assemble components from raw materials
• Layout and verify dimensions using measuring tools
• Weld carbon steel and stainless steel in multiple positions
• Inspect completed welds for quality and structural integrity
• Troubleshoot fabrication challenges and find solutions
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
• Collaborate with fabrication and production teams to meet deadlines

What We're Looking For

Required

• 2+ years of MIG welding experience
• Fabrication experience in a shop environment
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and blueprints
• Strong fitting, measuring, and layout skills
• Experience welding carbon steel
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Ability to produce clean, quality welds consistently

Highly Preferred

• Flux-Core (FCAW) experience
• Tank fabrication experience
• Structural steel fabrication
• Pipe welding experience
• .035 Hard Wire Root experience
• .045 Dual Shield experience
• Hard Wire Root, Fill & Cap welds
• Field welding experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
