Client Services Associate

What You\'ll Own You\'ll manage customer inquiries from start to finish across phone, email, and online portals, ensuring every request is handled professionally and tracked through resolution. You\'ll coordinate with vendors, update internal systems, resolve billing questions, and keep customers informed throughout the service process while maintaining accurate documentation.
