Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Construction

Assist the Project Manager with the successful delivery of ground-up wrap-style multifamily developments. Support project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and cost control activities. Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Monitor project progress to ensure safety, quality, and schedule requirements are achieved. Participate in project meetings and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders. Assist with monthly reporting, forecasting, and project closeout activities. Support field operations and collaborate closely with Superintendents to drive project success.
