Practice Scope: General surgical, pediatric, thoracic, obstetrical anesthesia; sedation; regional blocks; IV and conductive anesthesia; pre-eval and post-op monitoring
Work Schedule: 24/7, 365 days/year, including scheduled and on-call coverage
Experience Required: Experience in both adult and pediatric patients-REQUIRED
Preferred Experience: 5+ years of CRNA experience -PREFERRED
Certifications Required: NBCRNA Board Certification- REQUIRED, BLS- REQUIRED (or within 3 months), ACLS, PALS, NRP- REQUIRED (or within 1 year)
Licensure: Iowa license or IMLC -REQUIRED
Malpractice History: Clean malpractice- PREFERRED (no active probate or supervision requirements)
Visa Policy: H-1B visa candidates accepted, J-1 waivers not accepted
Locum Tenens: Not accepted
EMR System: Cerner
Compensation Range: $225,000 - $260,000 (based on experience/location)
Sign-On Bonus: $60,000
