The unit cares for patients with kidney-related conditions, including acute and chronic kidney disease. The nursing staff has a patient ratio of 1:6, specializing in post-hemodialysis and ongoing peritoneal dialysis. Collaboration with nephrologists, primary care providers, and hospitalists is highly valued. The team is dedicated to supporting patients through every step of their journey, from diagnosis to treatment and beyond. Candidates should possess an associate degree in nursing. Two years of experience is required; however, candidates with 18 months of experience will be considered if they have been working under the highest level of professional license. Candidates must have at least one year of recent experience in the specialty field. Holidays and every other weekend will be required.
