As a Security Officer Full Time Clinical Patrol in Towson, MD , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will communicate professionally, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, behavioral health concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established facility protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned healthcare facility areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with directions and maintaining a professional presence.
• Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation, and communicate observations to appropriate site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have at least two years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
