Compensation

$85,000 - 95,000+ annual earning potential , depending on caseload and productivity.

Mileage reimbursement available.

What You'll Do

As a Home Health COTA, you will:

• Provide occupational therapy interventions in patients' homes under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Help patients improve their ability to safely perform activities of daily living.
• Assist with functional activities, therapeutic exercises, mobility, and coordination activities.
• Support patients in developing greater independence with dressing, bathing, grooming, meal preparation, and other daily activities.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safety techniques and adaptive strategies.
• Recommend and reinforce appropriate adaptive equipment and home safety strategies as directed by the OT.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate observations to the supervising OT and care team.
• Collaborate with PTs, nurses, SLPs, physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation.

✅ Qualifications

• Active Colorado Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License
• Graduate of an accredited COTA program
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Compassionate, professional, and patient-centered approach

Home Health experience is preferred, but not required. We're happy to support clinicians who are eager to transition into Home Health.
