Essential Functions Provide nursing-related services for each client. Conduct thorough nursing assessments and deliver routine care. Review medication logs and assist in medical and psychiatric management. Facilitate medication education and integrate nursing considerations into treatment plans. Ensure meticulous documentation adhering to facility and State requirements. Requirements An active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida . Nursing Diploma or Degree from an accredited school. Preferences Experience as a Staff Nurse in a detox setting is strongly preferred. Work experience in the field of behavioral or mental health treatment. Abilities and Skills Strong knowledge of discipline-specific principles and practices. Adherence to Healthcare Code of Ethics and familiarity with Joint Commission Standards. Understanding of State & Federal regulations regarding Client Confidentiality. Competency in assessing mental health, trauma, and other relevant conditions. Experience in acute care, detox, and/or mental health settings. Excellent assessment, organizational, and communication skills. Exceptional observational skills and detail oriented. Empathetic and patient-centered approach. Apply Now!
