Compensation and Position Classification for Bilingual Branch Services/Teller: $15 per hour (includes Bilingual Stipend pay), paid Bi-weekly.

What You'll Do as the Bilingual Branch Services/Teller

• Consistently deliver an exceptional member experience by actively engaging with members, understanding their needs, and providing personalized, effective solutions. Strive to build strong, lasting relationships, ensure member satisfaction, and contribute to member loyalty through clear communication, responsiveness, and proactive service. Branch Services/Teller performance and accountability is measured by individually receiving 52 or more 4 star or greater positive online reviews with name mentioned by 12/31/2026.
• Consistently produce high-quality work with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail, minimizing errors through careful planning and thorough review. Strive to maintain a high standard of performance by adhering to processes, continuously improving skills, and ensuring tasks are completed with precision and efficiency. Branch Services/Teller is held accountable and performance is measured by completing all work with having no more than two checks that are accepted and a hold not placed causing the credit union a loss in 2026.
• Consistently identify and offer products and services while handling daily transactions. Branch Services/Teller performance and accountability is measured by successful cross sell with at least 165 members and 50 cross sells or internal referrals by 12/31/2026.
• Assist Grande Branch in growing the credit union to increase members by 678, increase loans and increase deposits while achieving net income!

What We're Looking for in a Bilingual Branch Services/Teller

• Applicant has written and verbal proficiency and fluent in English and Spanish
• Prioritizes long-term relationships over one-time transactions
• Familiar or prior work experience in a call center
• Excellent communications in verbal and written
• Possesses a genuine and self-starter attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of the foundation of determining credit worthiness
• The ability to collaborate with team members
• Able to plan and prioritize workload, strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality of work
• A trusted advisor to our members and others can rely on

Required Experience: Branch Services/Teller must have minimum six (6) months work related experience with cash or customer service and sales transactions handling, preference given if prior teller or CSR/MSR experience in a credit union or bank. Must have basic foundation and concept understanding of banking terms, debit and credit cards, auto or personal loans, checking and/or savings accounts as a financial services consumer.


Education : Branch Services/Teller: Minimum High school graduate or GED.

Bilingual Branch Services/Teller Location & Hours: Onsite in our Tyler, Texas Grande Branch Office with availability to work Monday - Friday between business hours 8 AM - 6PM and open work availability between 7:45 AM to 7 PM for occasional designated training or required meetings before and/or after regular business hours. Occasional Saturdays as business needs require.
