No solar or sales experience is required.

What You’ll Do

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with homeowners in local communities.

You’ll learn how to:

• Start conversations with homeowners through door-to-door outreach
• Identify homeowner needs and potential opportunities
• Educate homeowners about their energy options
• Schedule qualified consultations
• Handle objections professionally
• Develop communication, sales, and leadership skills
• Track your daily activity and performance

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need previous solar experience.

We’re looking for people who:

Training & Development

We don’t expect you to figure this out on your own.

New representatives receive structured training covering:

• Solar and energy fundamentals
• Communication and prospecting
• Our sales process
• Objection handling
• Daily field training
• One-on-one coaching
• Performance development

You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced representatives and managers as you develop.

Career Growth

We’re building leaders from within our organization.

Our development path:

Sales Representative → Senior Sales Representative → Area Sales Manager

Advancement is based on performance, consistency, leadership ability, and your ability to help develop others—not simply how long you’ve been with the company.

Compensation

This is a  performance-driven sales opportunity .
