Matt Barczyk Allstate is looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in Erie, PA . We're searching for someone with a positive attitude, strong people skills, and a genuine desire to learn and succeed.

No insurance experience is required —we're looking for the right personality and will provide the training, coaching, and support to help you build a successful career in the insurance industry. If you are insurance experienced and already licensed, we'd love to hear from you, too! We have multiple position available.

What You'll Do
As an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative, you'll learn the insurance business while building relationships with customers and helping them find coverage solutions that fit their individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Learn about Allstate insurance products and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
• Follow up on leads and generate new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to understand customer goals and insurance needs.
• Educate clients on available insurance products, coverage options, and discounts.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Maintain accurate customer records and agency documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and agency goals.
