Water Specialist (Territory Manager)

Meadville, PA area | Full-time | Typical Year One earnings: $70,000–$125,000+

What you’ll bring

• 3–5 years of sales experience, including managing the full sales process.

• A track record of building leads through networking or direct marketing.

• Comfort using a CRM and managing your own schedule.

• A competitive drive and an honest, educational approach with customers.

• Strong business acumen.

What you’ll do

You’ll serve the northern portion of the territory covered by our Meadville office. We provide paid training, qualified appointments, a company vehicle, and a team to support you. You’ll also grow your territory through networking, community events, and your own lead generation efforts.

• Conduct in-home water tests and consultations.

• Manage the sales process from first conversation through installation follow-up.

• Build relationships and generate new opportunities in your territory to grow YoY revenue.

• Work with our service, marketing, and leadership teams to deliver a strong customer experience.
